Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using eeemoji.com, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s okay, but please don’t use the site. These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses eeemoji.

What eeemoji Is

eeemoji is a free emoji encyclopedia. You can browse, search, read in-depth articles about any emoji, and copy emojis to your clipboard. It’s free, works in any browser, and you don’t need an account. If you do create an account, you’ll be able to save favorite emojis and sync them across your devices.

User Accounts

Accounts are optional. You can use eeemoji without one. If you do create an account:

  • Keep your login credentials private.
  • You’re responsible for anything that happens under your account.
  • Use accurate information when signing up.
  • Let us know right away if someone else is using your account.

Acceptable Use

When using eeemoji, please don’t:

  • Hammer the site with bots, scrapers, or automated tools beyond what a normal person would do.
  • Try to break, overload, or mess with the site or its infrastructure.
  • Try to access other people’s accounts or parts of the service you shouldn’t have access to.
  • Use eeemoji for anything illegal.
  • Copy, redistribute, or build knockoffs of the service without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

Emojis themselves are part of the Unicode Standard and aren’t owned by us. How they look depends on your platform (Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc.), and those designs belong to their respective companies.

The eeemoji tool itself, including its design, code, branding, and logo, belongs to eeemoji and Redpoint9. All rights reserved. Please don’t copy or redistribute any part of the service without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

eeemoji is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee it’ll always be available, bug-free, or uninterrupted. We do our best, but things happen.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any lost profits, data, or goodwill from your use of the service.

Termination

If you break these terms, we can suspend or terminate your account without warning. If that happens, you’ll lose access to the service and we may remove content tied to your account.

Changes to Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using eeemoji after a change, that counts as accepting the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by United States law. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate U.S. courts.
