At 2 AM, it's the hour when bars close in many US states, the time How I Met Your Mother codified as the cutoff for good decisions: "Nothing good happens after 2 AM."

🕑 ranks fourth among the most-used clock face emojis, again due to keyboard position rather than any special love for two o'clock. Part of the original SoftBank set, standardized in Unicode 6.0 (2010).

Used for scheduling ("meeting at 🕑") and the occasional 2 AM confession post. The HIMYM "nothing good happens after 2 AM" quote resonates with anyone who's sent a text they regret. In the US, 2 AM is last call in most states, giving 🕑 a late-night, bar-closing energy when used in nighttime contexts.
