Twelve-thirty Emoji

An analog clock face showing 12:30. Half past twelve sits right after the two most significant moments on any clock. At 12:30 PM, it's the lunch hour: half the world is eating, and the other half just finished. At 12:30 AM, the New Year has been rung in, midnight's drama has passed, and the night settles into the long stretch toward morning.

🕧 is the last of the 24 clock face emojis in Unicode order and the last of the 12 half-hour clocks inherited from Wingdings. Standardized in Unicode 6.0 (2010). Ranks in Unicode's Group 15, the lowest usage tier.

One of the rarest emojis you'll encounter. People default to 🕛 for anything near noon or midnight. 🕧 sometimes appears in lunch scheduling ("meet at 🕧") or in the aftermath of New Year's celebrations.

• •🕧 is the last clock emoji in Unicode order (U+1F567), bookending a set that starts with 🕐 (U+1F550). It's also the last half-hour clock, the final legacy of Wingdings in the emoji canon.
• •12:30 PM is the most common lunch break time globally. The half-hour gap after noon is when office cafeterias, food trucks, and restaurants hit peak volume.
